1/ Free delivery
Free delivery in Hanoi with orders with a value of 3,000,000 VND (three million VND) or more within a radius of 20km from Leanway Vietnam Co., Ltd.
2/ Charged delivery
In addition to the case of free delivery on the remaining cases will be charged according to the company’s fee table.
3/ Delivery time
+ Delivery time will be from 3-5 days depending on the shipping distance.
+ In some objective cases, the Company may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, and breakdown of the vehicle on the delivery route during shipment.
+ During the waiting time to receive the goods, if you have any questions about shipping information, please contact our hotline for assistance.
4/ Responsibility for freight
+ The company will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of goods during transportation from our warehouse to the customer.
+ You are responsible for checking goods upon receipt. When detecting that the goods are damaged, scratched, broken, or wrong goods, sign the goods status confirmation with the forwarder and immediately notify the Customer Service Department at the hotline number of the Company.
+ After you have signed the receipt without notes or comments of the goods. The company is not responsible for the return request because of damage to scratches, broken, or wrong goods from customers later.
5/ Other conditions
+ In cases of force majeure caused by natural disasters, floods, and damage to the ferry bridge, we are not responsible for compensating damages arising from incorrect delivery or failure to transport goods to the destination as agreed with the customer.
+ In case we have transported the goods to the delivery place as agreed upon at the time of purchase, but for some reason, the customer requests to return the goods, then the customer must bear the shipping costs as prescribed by the company.
+ For heavy and bulky products that need to be transported upstairs without an elevator, please assist with delivery.
+ During special days or festivals due to limited general transport policy (no road for some vehicles) delivery time may change we will call the customer to agree on-time delivery time.
